This PR updates the GitHub Actions workflow used for promotion/propagation so that jx-updatebot-pr can create GPG-signed commits (and uses repository/org variables for bot identity) when opening/auto-merging propagation PRs.
Changes:
- Switch
jx-updatebot-prconfiguration to usevars.HXPS_GIT_USERNAME/vars.HXPS_GIT_EMAILfor author identity. - Add commit-signing inputs (
gpg-private-keyandgpg-private-key-fingerprint) sourced from GitHub Actions secrets.
