apply_speaker_names.py replaces diarization labels in journal transcript.txt/.json from the journal-owned parts[].speakers mapping (idempotent; unmapped labels stay SPEAKER_NN and are reported). Formalizes the speaker-identification step: the human mapping is recorded in the journal item's
parts[].speakers(journal-owned — survives regeneration, preserves provenance), andapply_speaker_names.pyreplaces the diarization labels intranscript.txt/transcript.json.
