Course fixes: reconnect lectures, drop junk ids, move duplicate transcripts - #9

…scripts Social Sciences: ActInf_Basics_Lecture and Introduction_Lecture had empty parts while their real uploads sat in Other/ — parts filled, transcripts moved in, stubs removed. Chris Fields course gains its 4 Lecture/Discussion videos as parts with transcripts folded, and loses the junk 'transcripts' part id (boost_gs062 likewise dropped from GuestStream_062). 2023 interval transcripts move from their Other/ duplicates to the canonical items.
