This project provides an interactive Tableau dashboard and data analysis based on Shark Tank India startup pitches. It explores funding trends, founder demographics, industry-wise distributions, and conversion metrics using real-world pitch data.

📊 Dashboard Features

1. Funding Amount by Industry

Bar chart showing total deal amount received by startups across various industries.

2. Offer & Acceptance Rates

Treemap visualizing industries based on the volume of offers received and accepted.

3. Founder Gender Composition

Pie chart showing the gender split between male and female presenters.

4. Deal Conversion Funnel

A funnel chart representing the startup journey:

  • Total Startups → Received Offers → Accepted Offers.

5. Ask vs Deal Amount

Scatterplot comparing original funding ask vs actual deal amount.


📈 Key Insights

  • Food and Beauty/Fashion dominate in terms of funding received.
  • Male founders are significantly more common, though female representation is notable in certain sectors.
  • Not all offers are accepted, indicating negotiation or valuation gaps.
  • Some startups received more than they asked for, while others settled for less.
