Bumps the containers group with 3 updates in the /infra/docker directory: rust, node and nginx.

Updates rust from 1.94.0-bookworm to 1.97.1-bookworm

Updates node from 24.18.0-alpine3.24 to 26.7.0-alpine3.24

Updates nginx from 1.29.8-alpine3.23 to 1.31.2-alpine3.23

Looks like these dependencies are updatable in another way, so this is no longer needed.
