The Research & Development (R&D) Cell under the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) is established to foster a research-driven innovation ecosystem within the institution.
The R&D Cell aims to:
- Encourage interdisciplinary research
- Develop innovative solutions for societal and industrial challenges
- Facilitate Intellectual Property (IP) creation
- Promote technology commercialization and entrepreneurship
Every R&D session shall follow these guidelines:
- Promote interdisciplinary and inter-campus research collaborations
- Invite all interested students to participate
- Coordinate with Student and Faculty Conveners from other campuses

- 1 Hour – Theory Session
- 1 Hour – Hands-on Session
Student Coordinators shall:
- Coordinate with the Student Convener to finalize:
- Session topic
- Resource person
- Agenda
- If the session coincides with a national observance (e.g., National Technology Day), briefly introduce its significance before the session begins.
Student Coordinators shall:
- Ensure smooth conduct of:
- Offline sessions
- Online sessions
- Hybrid sessions (when applicable)
- Schedule and manage meetings using the official administrative account:

- Download and securely archive the recording
Student Coordinators shall:
