## Status

Pre-implementation. The design spec is final (Pass 5, peer-respect & integrity). Build sequence is in flight under the Gas Town Mayor.
**v1 (cp-0on epic) shipped 2026-04-30.** Personas A/B/C live with 197/197 tests, CSULB UNITID 110583 reproducing dean memo v10 §1 exactly.

**v1.1 (cp-j0gw extension) in PR review as of 2026-05-05.** Adds the senate-staff + public-commenter audience surfaces and folds in post-2026-04-30 corpus updates. See `docs/cp-j0gw-ext-changelog.md` for the full sub-bead ledger and 5-pass Ralph review record. Three open PRs (stacked):
