Added automatic detection of author's renv.lock, with search parameters that can be manually adjusted depending on where renv.lock is located relative to rootdir. If no renv.lock is found, a blank environment is loaded instead. Setup instructions at the top of the script have been updated; missing packages can still be added if necessary. Renv snapshot is taken once all code runs successfully.
