docs(website): update one-shot agent workflow

What changed

• rewrite the official homepage around the one-prompt Agent experience
• replace the old eight-step Quickstart with the v0.0.11 agent init/next/apply/finish flow
• document execution policies, persistent leases, bounded 20-cue translation batches, draft quality, and one-time finish
• update translation, glossary candidate/overlay, source, export, workspace, and troubleshooting guides
• add the Agent facade, ASR expert commands, delivery gate, QA commands, and current options to the bilingual CLI reference
• keep atomic commands clearly documented as expert and compatibility interfaces

Why

The public documentation site still described the older manual pipeline and did not expose the current one-shot product workflow. Repository Markdown had been updated, but the user-facing site had not.

Validation

• pnpm exec wrangler deploy --dry-run
• production build generated 146 files
• generated output contains the bilingual one-shot prompt and current Agent workflow terms
