Summary

• make agent next actions machine-readable about sandbox/GPU execution and task continuation
• tighten contextual ASR fixes, glossary canonicalization, timestamp preservation, and neighboring-cue context
• add high-risk translation checks for source anomalies, repeated text, technical literal omissions, and glossary inconsistencies
• simplify semantic payloads and update the English/Chinese OpenBBQ Skills
• bump package version to 0.0.10
