Simple ETS2 launcher with Beam Eye Tracker integration and other optimization/options

Made this so I can easily launch Beam Eye Tracker with ETS2 , recommended in Beam settings to have "Tracking on Startup" on. In doing so you can launch ETS2 through the launcher it will automatically launch Beam Eye Tracker alongside ETS2 with tracking on, then it will close it when you shutdown ETS2 so you don't have to open Beam every time. Also added other launch options I personally use toggleable so you can test them.
