Core Subplugins

Freak Fortress 2 comes with several core subplugins that can be found under addons/sourcemod/plugins/freaks.

These subplugins are:

• Default Abilities (default_abilities.ff2)
• Easter Abilities (easter_abilities.ff2)
• 1st Set Abilities (ff2_1st_set_abilities.ff2)
• Screen Overlay(rage_overlay.ff2)
• Special abilities (special_noanims.ff2)

These subplugins provide the abilities for all of the default bosses that are included in FF2.

Default Abilities is basically what its name suggests - it provides the most basic abilities for bosses, such as Super Jump, Teleport, Weighdown, Stun, etc. Almost all bosses use Default Abilities to some extent.

Easter Abilities was designed with only one boss in mind - the Easter Bunny. As such, it's not particularly well suited for other bosses.

FF2 1st Set Abilities provides abilities for bosses that were specifically designed for FF2 (a notable exception to this is CBS). Some ability examples are Seeldier's clone rage, Demopan's charge ability, and CBS's bow rage. Like Easter Abilities, not many custom bosses use this subplugin's abilities.

Rage Overlay is another very self-explanatory subplugin - all it does is provide an ability to overlay an image onto the client's screen.

Finally, Special Noanims provides two (very different) abilities. The first one disables boss animations. The second one gives the boss a new weapon.
