Ubuntu 20.04LTS needs libboost-test1.67-dev and libboost-test1.67.0 to build ScanTailor Advanced
Remove gcc-7 and g++-7 from Ubuntu dependencies and replace with build-essential

I used the following dependencies to install ScanTailor Advanced in Docker containers running both Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04
Line 211 is the pertinent line (everything else is my text editor stripping trailing spaces)
