Refactored code to Python 3 and Updated install instructions to use Python Virtual Environment

Refactored code to use Python 3 conventions and to use Python Subprocess instead of Command to execute aws command. Also updated setup/install instructions and README as well as including env/ in the .gitignore file.

@melmel27 what's the command you're running?
The command should look something like ./sandcastle.py -t testtarget -f inputfile.txt
And what's the first few lines of your input file?
Looking at your error it appears that the first line of your input file is _dmarctxtv=dm, is that correct?
