curate: accept 14 verified submissions from the queue - #323

Each entry was verified against the CONTRIBUTING quality standards before
listing: repo resolves to its canonical path, not archived, not a fork, README
present, license present, and recent activity. Submission text and diffs passed
the injection and social-engineering scan.
Maturity tags follow the documented basis -- documentation quality, maintenance
activity, community adoption:

The link checker was failing on main before this branch -- 5 dead links, none
of them from the new entries. CONTRIBUTING says dead links are removed, so:

One entry names its own risk: schedulala-agent holds credentials for all 12 platforms it publishes to, and listing implies endorsement, so the description says so rather than leaving an operator to find out.
Sections are append-ordered here (not alphabetical), so each entry goes at the end of its section's run.
