Pulled this draft into an issue to comment some more info:

With home-assistant/core#107116, suggested_display_precision was set to 0 for all Z-Wave JS voltage sensors in HA.
In the entity settings of a Z-Wave plug, we should check that the other decimal points show up, like this:

If so, we can just close this issue. The entity configuration just needs to be updated if you want to see one (or more) decimals.
But if it's 250.00 shown in the dropdown, for example, we should keep this open, as we throw away some decimals somewhere. From looking at the code, I don't see this happening anywhere though.
