ZOWE v3.4 gives the error msg related to JSON

We are upgrading ZOWE V3.4. We are facing the issue when we are starting the ZOWE stc. Can you please check the error message. We are in the change window now, please contact us immediately.

Can you check ZWES1600I for what it might be the message? Is the URL returning JSON or not? Is there a reachability/availabity issue between servers?
