[REQUEST] Support for Zigbee 4.0 in the Ziggurat stack

While there are no retail or commercial products on the market yet but still suggest consider adding Zigbee 4.0 support in the Ziggurat stack as well?

For reference, the Zigbee-on-Host project from Nerivec have begun work on this and have check-list for that which could mayve be reused here too?

Directly related to this is the new "Suzi" standard, which I understand is just the brand name for the new Sub-GHz Zigbee 4.0 devices for long-range support introduced by the Connectivity Standards Alliance alongside Zigbee 4.0 specification. So think it is just Zigbee 4.0 over Sub-GHz?

Which if that assumption is correct then it it perhaps possible that the new "Suzi" standard could possibly be used if only OpenThread RCP firmware is supported on a single-band (or dual-band) MCU/SoC with a compatible Sub-GHz radio supporting OpenThread RCP firmware?

I only found some old discussions talking OpenThread for Thread on 868MHz frequency range for Europe and 915MHz for North America.

There really isn't much to directly support. When Thread supports sub-GHz and exposes the low frequency channel numbers over Spinel, Ziggurat will automatically work with it.

I have doubts, however, about this ever happening. Sub-GHz seems geared for electrical utility company use cases, not end consumers.
