Before opening an issue, confirm that you are using the latest package from the official NetScope Releases page.
For bugs, use the bug-report form and include your NetScope version, operating system, the affected diagnostic, and clear reproduction steps. Remove or redact private IP addresses, hostnames, gateway details, and other sensitive network information before posting.
For security vulnerabilities, follow SECURITY.md instead of opening a public issue.
