Visualisation for list of URLs requested multiple times by the same client (corruption)

For clients that do not request fresh copies from the cache (Steam, Origin) we need a way to see URLs that are re-requested over and over by the same clients, hoping to get a non-corrupted version of the file.

With this list of URLs we can force a cache refresh for each.
