[Bug 🐞]: Missing parts, breaks old vessels

The part SYtank5mL01875 is missing (probably others), breaks a vessel I'm trying to load.
I tested using the old SpaceY, worked fine.
Also, your license on Curseforge is wrong, it's listed as ARR when the license here clearly statsys CC-BY-NC-SA04.0

I just double-checked, the ghostparts.cfg files ARE there. So if that is supposed to fix this, it doesn't.
I looked at the ModuleManager.cfg file, the ghost part is not there, but the new part IS there with the oldName still there

I think the problem is that your ghostparts.cfg is wrong. This is what's there:

+PART[syl-*]:HAS[#oldName[*]]:NEEDS[MOD-NAME]:LAST[MOD-NAME]

and it should probably be:

+PART[syl-*]:HAS[#oldName[*]]:NEEDS[SpaceYLifters]:LAST[SpaceYLifters]
