Thanks for the report @humberto-garciacaballero, I was able to confirm the issue.

Fixed in 04575e7 - we were missing inline flow delegation in list items. Bold and italic was impacted, as all other inline flow items, including icons, inline code blocks, math, link references, images, etc.
