Crowded Streets sometimes places NPCs in the floor

This is an NPC from Crowded Streets.

They technically only spawn where there is navmesh, but the mod does occasionally place the NPCs in places like the image.

I don't want to remove the mod, so we'll likely leave this is a no fix but keeping it here for a bit to see if there is anything I can do.
