Tag support characters escaped

according to https://graphite.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tags.html
tag format is my.series;tag1=value1;tag2=value2
however nginx-statsd escapes too many kinds of characters ,
to get tag compatibility
need to replace the escape mask from line:

nginx-statsd/ngx_http_statsd.c
