Give me an easy way to disable these moronic keybinds. At first I was excited that I could get Vim functionality in my commandline. Only to find out someone monkey'd the Backspace, DELETE, home, ins, pgup, pgdn, every FKey, which conflict across other keybinds. I have spent far too much time undoing this.
Imagine you would've just thrown up a sign "Here comes a bunch of totally non-standard Vim/Vi bindings. Take a minute to review"
- Oh wow, you are Deleting my DELETE button? What're you replacing it with?
Obviously, cycle CaSe
- Well I can't say I've have more than 2 uses for that keybind in a single month. But I'll give it a shot. Where are you moving my ONLY DELETE button to?
You don't need DELETE, ZI HAVE DECIDED THIS!
Also, here is the real documentation. Incase someone else finds themselves in this same pit of dispair, don't even waste your time with the ZI docs website. 50 click-though links to result in 20 words. ZSH has a real doc site:
https://zsh.sourceforge.io/Doc/Release/Zsh-Line-Editor.html#Standard-Widgets
This would've gone in Discussion, but you disabled that, probably a flame war of other people just like me coming to tell you what's what.
