Feature: Versioning and notifications using GitHub releases #75

Description

@marnovo

Hi and thanks for all the work on AquaTouch! When for getting notified of new versions, it's quite noisy to subscribe to the thread and easy to miss them at the community forum. Given that the code is tracked on this repo, I'd like to suggest tagging the release versions in GitHub, it's quite easy/low maintenance, aligned with best practices (and may even help with organizing development) and people can choose to receive notifications only when a new release comes up.
