I’m planning to use BigWig files generated with methylpy allc-to-bigwig as input for computeMatrix in deepTools scale-regions).
I couldn’t find clear documentation on whether the signal values in these BigWig files are normalized by default. Would you recommend any normalization before using these files with computeMatrix, or are they suitable?
