I tried with a point cloud of a similar number of points, but it crashed on a system with 48 GB VRAM. You need to break them into smaller pieces to upsample

I did not test with such a point cloud that has so many points before. But I guess you may encounter the "out of memory" issue. Because in this case, the number of point cloud patch is too large. And one possible solution is upsampling a relative small number of patch each time, but not upsample all patches at one time.
