I used the model for kitty dataset.
However, there is a unique pattern in the output.
I wonder why this pattern occurs.

Sorry for the late reply. I did not notice the issue before. And I find that someone encounters the same problem as you when they use the PU-GCN code (see here). Since our code and configuration are built upon PU-GCN, I think that you can follow the suggestion of PU-GCN author.
