Add a "select all" button

When i'm tagging videos, i set my filter to videos without tag, then i have to pick infinite

Then select the first item to make the selection bar appear, then click on select all

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to always show the selection bar, and selecting all filtered items when clicking select all, whatever the pagination is
