Everything Aura stores, where it lives, and whether you can get it back out.
Aura runs locally, so "your data" means files on your own disk rather than rows in someone else's database. That removes a whole category of privacy question and creates a smaller one: it is on your machine, so backups, disk encryption, and who else uses that machine are now the threat model.

Aura in default configuration:
- Sends no data to external services
- Has no telemetry phone-home
- Has no analytics collection
- Has no crash reporting to external services
- All data stays on the user's machine
Cloud fallback, if enabled, sends only the classified-safe portions of prompts.
