Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct

🤝 Our Pledge

We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of:

  • Age, body size, visible or invisible disability
  • Ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression
  • Level of experience, education, socio-economic status
  • Nationality, personal appearance, race, religion
  • Sexual identity and orientation

We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

Positive Behavior Examples

  • 🎯 Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people
  • 🤝 Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
  • 💬 Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
  • 🔄 Accepting responsibility and apologizing for mistakes, learning from them
  • 🌟 Focusing on what is best for the overall community

Unacceptable Behavior Examples

  • 🚫 The use of sexualized language or imagery, sexual attention or advances
  • 🚫 Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, personal or political attacks
  • 🚫 Public or private harassment
  • 🚫 Publishing others' private information without explicit permission
  • 🚫 Other conduct inappropriate in a professional setting

👥 Enforcement Responsibilities

Community leaders are responsible for:

  • Clarifying and enforcing standards of acceptable behavior
  • Taking appropriate and fair corrective action for inappropriate behavior
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants

🎯 Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to:

  • All community spaces (GitHub, Discord, etc.)
  • Official community representation in public spaces
  • All forms of communication related to the project

🚨 Enforcement

Reporting Violations

Instances of abusive, harassing, or unacceptable behavior may be reported to:

Investigation Process

All complaints will be:

  • Reviewed promptly and fairly
  • Investigated thoroughly and confidentially
  • Handled with appropriate corrective action

Enforcement Guidelines

Corrective Actions may include:

  1. Warning - Private or public warning about behavior
  2. Temporary Ban - Short-term suspension from community spaces
  3. Permanent Ban - Long-term or permanent removal from community
  4. Legal Action - In cases involving illegal activity

Community leaders will determine the appropriate action based on the severity and circumstances.
