Hi there - In the Yeatman et al (2012) paper, the authors mention that diffusion properties are measured along the central portion of the tract but that tract profiles can be analyzed along the full tract length as well. How do I check if AFQ or set to analyze the central portion / tract core only and how can I change between the two options?
