So there's a difference between "deprecation" and "sunset". The extension is now deprecated but the sunset date hasn't been set yet. https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/deprecation-and-sunset

I'm working to update the extension to use Google Identity Services over at https://github.com/aptivate/ckanext-googleauth/tree/mapaction-dev (still on CKAN 2.7, which itself is also deprecated).
