[Burrito] Waypoint Markers not appearing on Map

After the alst update the waypoint markers are not appearing on the map wile using burrito. Nor are the "start and end of map" markers.

I went through multiple maps and none of them had the waypoints on map.

-- Scripts are not supported by burrito yet, but the main issue here is that the "legacy" markers don't seem to be working anymore.
