Connect to CC1350 and read characteristics

I am using the simplePeripheral sample (not the specific PH-sample) on the CC1350 Launchpad, but using this android app to read the characteristics. The CC1350 GATT server appears but i can't connect to it and can't see any characteristics. Should i change something specific in the Android Studio code?

The Android app is designed to communicate with our CC1350 application, it is carried out using a simple but necessary communication protocol both need to be followed,
The communication protocol allows the Android app to receive all data stored in the CC1350 without additional user actions,
