Integrate something like https://zapier.com/ai/chatbot?utm_source=zapier&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=zapier-gbl-pnua-link-interface_built_on_zapier_button and feed it with all of our product info, such as articles, docs, diagrams, architectural design docs, videos, maybe comments, and code, too, as a system prompt or as an embedded database, and expose it on our website.
Agent
We could also have it act like and agent in app to perform operations based on user's prompt like config the app or recommend best config based on user needs.
For example for the privacy level, as high level add more privacy but sacrifices space used, so maybe for some users they need lower levels for their use case as maybe they don't need quite that level of privacy.
Also for deciding ciphers could be good.
Another use case is in the service, that is normally for more geeky users and require manual configuration of yaml files. For not so geeky users we could have all those and managing the service performed via an agent with natural language.
