when i use my data to run command appear this error :

maybe it's win.tsv file is not correct，how to make win.tsv file

Could you please send your running logs, win.tsv and lib.tsv to me (mingxuangao@stu.xmu.edu.cn)? I couldn't make a judgement on what had acctually happened with only this error message.

Hi. This error should be induced by the mismatch of your win.tsv file and raw data file. It would work if you built a win.tsv file yourself according to your own raw data acquisition parameters. My suggestion is to use Skyline to detect the window settings in your raw data files, and modify the window settings manually to generate a win.tsv file without overlapping.

Here I'd like to express my appreciation to Tao Zhang from Lanzhou University for sending me his running logs and testing files, so that I could figure out the reasons behind this bug. I'm going to add a window setting detector in an updated version of DreamDIA in the near future.
