The #13 seem to be most interesting and less common use case. Normally metrics are reported against time, but we'd like 2 metrics graphed against each other.
We will prepare sample data and try to generate ourCPU/filesShared graph for several app versions (with ourCPU and filesShared as numeric metrics, and version as label) and see which solution can do this

I'd be nice if chosen solution would have a managed cloud service with a free tier, generous enough to demo this project. Grafana and Influx seem to have one. Elastic - only time-limited trial

InfluxDB is the one. This is done now - no coding on our side.
