[Feature Request] The ability to manually fetch the entry details from GitHub directly

As the default repo only updates after a specific amount of time, between repo updates if a release is released (🙃) there is no way to update through ZenPM before the repo is updated.

Updating the releases on device through GitHub would allow users to update their plugin even if the repo doesn't yet advertise the latest version.

Yeah this is intentional for 2 reasons.

1. It saves you from hitting the GitHub api limit which is very low per hour

2. It prevents an immediate malicious or broken package for getting spread very quickly.

NPM actually just did something similar I think where they have like a 3 day cooldown limit on auto updating new packages.

Yes, I understand. In this case you should maybe put it behind an advanced action warning. Because at the moment, I'm forced to use another app store in parallel to update a plugin.

Why? Cant you just update your own plugin from your repo? Is that the one you're talking about

No, no. I think you misunderstood because of the issue title. When I meant manually fetch a plugin's details it's for this use case: I just discovered that a plugin I used has a new version, but the repo on which the plugin is located has not been refreshed yet so it doesn't show the latest version. What I did at this point was to use a different app store which directly scraps GitHub (and so has the plugin's latest version) to update the specific plugin. Now what I'm suggesting is to make ZenPM capable of directly making a request to GitHub to retrieve a specific the details of a plugin's repository like this I can update to the latest version of this specific plugin while the repo doesn't advertise it.
