[BUG] Page Browser icons cannot be customized

Describe the bug
Icons on the ZenOS page browser icons does not appear to be replaceable due to it using font icons.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a custom icon pack with the exact file names that targets the icons you want to replace in the Page Browser.
2. Apply the icon pack.
3. The icons remain the same.

Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that the page browser icons will change to the new/applied custom icons.

Screenshots
Screenshots are unhelpful to this issue as it’ll look the same as the default page browser icons because it doesn’t target the icons.

No crash occurred.
