When you gather vegetables/fruits clicking right mouse button on plant that not requires breaking xp is not added to job (include tomatoe, grapes, strawberry)
Breaking normal crops gives xp but not check if crop is fully grow. You can farm xp in farming just by planting and breaking crop constatly
(include all wheats, onion, carrot, potatoe, beetroot, lettuce)
