More uses for creosote

Railcraft is a very underused mod all things considered. Creosote just doesn't have many uses, perhaps it could be used as fuel for ic2 liquid generators or maybe engines from forestry, the biogas engine is also very underused

@3TUSK What do you think about adding more mod compatibility by default for Creosote to be used as a fuel? Am curious for your view on it, and I can also add it on the modpack-end.

Hey Jon! @xJon FYI, in version 7.2.6 of Technic SSP, if you added Forestry to the modpack, the Biogas Engine could take Creosote Oil from Railcraft to produce MJ (4 MJ/t, 60000 MJ, 15000 tick per bucket), with a total energy output equivalent to that of BC fuel in a Combustion Engine. However, in later versions (not sure which version it started from), Forestry removed this fuel (sad).
By the way, this is also why I’ve always wanted to play the Technic SSP modpack on 1.2.5.😂

It's a nice thing to have, but here is a problem: different modpacks balance things differently. If I were to add a default fuel value, chances that other modpack authors find it imbalanced and wants to modify it anyway. So I would prefer do nothing by default.

If it is added as fuel in the pack don't make it better than ethanol please
