feat: YYC CoreScope sub-group + Map/Observers cards, update README generator

- Add corescope-yyc-map and corescope-yyc-observers cards to communityServices
- Split YYC Calgary CoreScope into dedicated sub-group (community-yyc-corescope)
- Add YYC · 3 quick-jump nav link in Community nav bar
- Update generate-readme.mjs with yycCorescopeIds section
- Regenerate README: 180 cards across all sections
- README now includes YYC Calgary — CoreScope section with all 3 cards
