What are the dependencies?

The concept is good. But nowhere have you mentioned the list of dependencies required to explore the full potential of the tool. Can you update your readme or doc/install.md to make it clear to the users?

I'll write a list of usual dependencies in the readme. Installing 7-zip is usually sufficient for handling most archives.
If you use Debian Linux you can have a look at the suggested packages at the patool Debian package.
