Primary objectives for Lasso v1.0:

• Legible and extensible code structure
• Stability
• Well-documented

Development Checklist

• All issues in milestone have been addressed
• Debugging code has been removed/commented out
• All test code has been updated/completed.
• Functional testing passes
• Merged PR passes all tests
• Update any required version numbers.
• Update and test installation and configuration instructions including recommended versions
• Update requirements.txt as necessary
• Update environment.yml as necessary
• Update user documentation
• Update release notes including "Known Issues".
• Ensure any development documentation has been updated.
• Confirm the development team has signed-off the release.

Release Checklist

• Get team sign-off
• Tag as release in GH
• Push to PyPI
• Communicate to users
