Description

Hi team,

The compatibility fix is required for the wso2is.key.manager.core and wso2is.notification.event.handlers bundles. The current version (1.8.8) results in the following compatibility errors when working with IS 6.1.0 according to the documentation [1]:

We also observed that the bundles corresponding to these two JARs remain in the INSTALLED state instead of transitioning to the ACTIVE state.

Steps to Reproduce

Add the jars wso2is.key.manager.core-1.8.8.jar and wso2is.notification.event.handlers-1.8.8.jar to the IS 6.1.0.
