tbkeys captures the keyboard input in Troubleshooting Information. Pressing 'c' opens the compose screen.

Isn't it normal behavior for key bindings to fire in tabs? The following key binding fires in the following tabs for me.

Main key bindings:

• Addons Manager, <tab ... type="contentTab">
• Troubleshooting Information, <tab ... type="contentTab">
• Address Book, <tab ... type="addressBookTab">
• Calendar, <tab ... type="calendar">

Key bindings do not fire in text input fields unless the first key combo includes a modifier other than shift. There is no text input fields in the Troubleshooting Information tab.
