Marketplace apps should be references instead of copies

Right now, when someone installs an app from the marketplace, we copy it into their firebase node. This isn't good, because if we update an app in the marketplace (because an element id changed or something) they won't get the updates.

Is it possible to do copies in firebase? like pointers/references?

Well, what we'd do is, we'd add a flag on a persons apps, like 'type'. It would be 'local' or 'marketplace'. Then we'd just handle it in the content script.
