Add Data for for WISE stakers that claim US taxes

It would be great if you could make wise token data available in a format easily useable for US tax calculations. This would be good for initial staking and current staking with interest and scraping etc. This extra feature would be one more tool to add to the appeal of staking with WISE.

Interesting idea, perhaps at some point we can add a staking data CSV download button or something similar. I'll keep this open in case we end up adding this feature.
